Fay began her Kinesiology journey in 1997 when she had treatments with Elizabeth that helped heal eczema on her hands. She was so pleased with the results of her treatments that she began training at the Progressive Kinesiology Academy.  During the training she fell pregnant with her first child and therefore never got to use the Kinesiology in clinic. After another two children she decided to complete the Kinesiology Diploma course again so she could update her skills and begin a Practice.

She has completed Diplomas in Progressive Kinesiology (twice!), Anatomy and Physiology (Itec level 3) and has a certificate in Nutritional Studies.

Fay specialises in children and as a qualified childminder and mother of three she is very experienced!

Fay offers treatment from her home in Highwoods which is licensed by Essex County Council and she is able to offer a home visit service for those who are unable to travel.

A first consultation is offered at a special price of £30 for one hour.
