As a Reiki Master I am able to offer you Reiki attunments Levels 1 and 2 and also Reiki Masters training.

My Lineage is from Dr Usui and I was attuned by Reiki Master Miranda Welton who has been running courses since 1996.

On Reiki Level 1 (2 days) you will learn about the History of Reiki, Body-Mind connections,The Sanskrit Chakra system, How to protect and ground yourself and  How to give Reiki treatments on yourself and others and receive your first Reiki Attunment.

During Reiki Level 2 (2 days) you will learn about the aura and subtle bodies, study the Reiki symbols, learn about other chakras, cover some basic Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition to help your healing skills and begin to take case notes and give treatments professionally.

Reiki Level 3 (2 days) is your Masters Level. Here you will learn how to attune others and how to organise and run Reiki courses yourself.
