This one day course is suitable for parents or teachers who wish to learn techniques for helping children with learning difficulities or for adults who would like support for their own learning difficulities.

I studied Psychology and Education at Warwick University and have had employment at childcare centres developing clubs for children to enhance their learning.

Progressive Kinesiology helps to indentify any blocks to learning which could be nutritional, emotional or physical.

Learning takes place when you are relaxed and happy so techniques to help this will be explained.

Also the right and left brain hemispheres need to be integrated to help learning so we will be looking at exercises that can be performed in the classroom or at home.

Diet and supplements will be explored with the latest research into brain development.
